Knightsbridge came into existence as a small triangular village between the neighbourhoods of Kensington and Chelsea. The area is now a haven for fashion and food lovers, with the world famous Harrods just outside the station, and stores and boutiques surrounding the rest of the area. Like most of London, Knightsbridge has great historical value and is recognised as a place of the crown's history, dating back to the Tudors.
