Welcome to Queens Park

Bordering Ladbroke Grove to the South, Maida Vale, and Kensal Rise to the West and West Hampsted to the North, Queen's Park has firmly positioned itself as one of North West London's most fashionable areas. Part of the wider Kilburn area, this neighbourhood was once home to large Irish and Afro-Caribbean communities who cashed-in as property prices started to grow. By the late 90's and early 2000's the area had families, professionals and first time buyers who were priced out Maida Vale and Notting Hill moving in, unintentionally creating a “boutique” village focused on and around the trendy Salusbury Road and Queen's Park open space.
