Located just south of Hampstead and Belsize Park, Camden Town is a district of north-west London. Camden was once all about iconic punkers and quirky music venues, but these days its more mature neighbours are what makes Camden a sophisticated area. It remains a very exciting place to live, buzzing with life midday in the streets with an exciting nightlife filled with vibrant music events. Camden isn't as loud as it used to be. A fact supported by a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and an organic supermarket stretching on the same pavement as the Jazz Cafe today. Previously run down terraced housing have been refurbished to an exceptional standard and there are plenty family homes and flat conversions around the area. Camden is the original melting pot of fashion, food, music, and design.
