Welcome to Holland Park

Situated in West London, between Kensington, Notting Hill and Shepherd’s Bush, Holland Park is home to many of Britain’s most successful entrepreneurs and music moguls, anything from Sir Richard Branson and Simon Cowell to Brian May and Bryan Ferry. Large stucco mansions typically sell for well above £15 million, however, in the early 19th century Holland Park was far less desirable. Developers and landowners nearly went bankrupt trying to convince people to live this far west from the centre of London and just next to stinking potteries and brickworks. Safe to say, the ​area is now a thriving community of London.
