About Phillippa Dalby-WelshCo-Head of Prime Central London - Director, Kensington
In addition to her experience in the prime residential London market, Phillippa spent 6 years in Savills country department, based in central London, where she was responsible for country house sales across rural Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex.
Phillippa is head of the residential ideas group at Savills and sits on the residential operations board. Prior to joining Savills, Phillippa was awarded a first class BA honours degree in English from Southampton University and spent a year as a troop commander in the British army, based in Germany.
She has lived in south west London for 12 years and loves the vibrancy of the area, the beautiful parks and the strong sense of community.
